- 1 bunch curly kale, roughly chopped
- 1 large lemon, peeled and quartered
- 1 inch ginger, peeled OR 1 tbspn ground ginger
- 1 large cucumber, cut into long strips
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 4 whole celery stalks
- Wash and prep the veggies
- Juice in order listed
- Optional- strain through a sleeve if you don’t like pulp
- Drink and enjoy!
